Just a wonderful vet in the city. They go above and beyond for the animals, especially in this crazy time! Very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I really feel like my pets are in great hands!
Honestly you all did such a great job with my little Oreo. He is an old guy and I was so worried about his teeth cleaning. Because of you all, I was able to not be nervous wreck. You kept me well informed all day and took such good care of him. He is running around like he is 8 years old when he is actually 15. I brought my first dog to you and you answered so many questions that I did not even know I had. My experience was perfect. Better yet, my dog came running out of the office with a wagging tail. I thought the shots would be more traumatic for her and you obviously knew how to handle her.
The staff and Docs at Critter Doctor are the best ever. We have been taking our doggie family members to them for regular and sometimes not so regular care for years. They have been amazing!
Very disappointed. Took my cat there a few times over the years. They only care about money. Always pushing useless proceedures. Brought my cat in for a dental cleaning, instead they forced me to give her a blood test (which came back fine and cost 300$) and never mentioned the dental procedure. Just took my money and ran, gave me some disgustingly cheap antibiotics and charged me 1000$. This place is a SCAM.
