I like their system where you park in a numbered space, text them your name, space number, and appointment time, then they call you when they are ready for you to bring your pet to the door. Wish we could have gone inside with our cat for her first check-up since we got her, but we understand the precautions.nnThe staff at Brookfield was very kind and our cat was very calm after her appointment.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at Brookfield over the last few years. They took over care of my black lab and everyone, from the front office to the techs and doctors, have been courteous, professional and compassionate. Last Thursday, I had to say goodbye to my dog. They were able to get me in right away. Dr. Wright was so caring and gentle during my boy’s final moments and my wife and I really felt comfortable and cared for. Thank you Brookfield for always going that extra mile for your patients and their owners!
I called 6 vets to try to get my dog in to treat an ear Infection. They were all booked over a week and told me my only option would be to go to emergency and wait. I called Brookfield and told them what was going on and they squeezed me in that day although they were also very busy. Dr. Wright was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They will be my regular vet clinic from now on.
Brookfield takes wonderful care of our two new kittens. They have made taking care of these two little girls so easy, despite the Covid-19 restrictions.
As a dog trainer I always get excited when I find a veterinarian who understands more than just pills and shots!nHighly recommend for anyone thinking of feeding raw, questioning what their event has said is necessary, or just once a vet who has a well-rounded personality and experience background ❤ufe0f
