Great staff! Unfortunately due to COVID I opted out on staying inside to wait. My puppy needed her second booster shot, and I'm from out of town. Everyone I encountered treated my puppy like family.nThank you.

Dr. Jackson and his entire staff are amazing!! On Feb 1st 2021 my baby/service dog Rogue became very ill (she has always been very healthy. Goes every year for check ups and shots etc). I rushed her in to UF small animal hospital. They said for them to treat her it would be between $2000 - $4000. I don't have that kind of money. Even Rogues own vet was asking way to much. When my sister gave me the phone number to Mayo town and country animal hospital. Right from the time I called them they was so nice, Dr. Jackson himself even called me. He had me bring her in (it is now Feb 2nd 2021) and said we will discuss the money when I come. It wasn't long he knew exactly what was wrong and that yes she needed surgery but unfortunately she was in kidney failure. So there was nothing that could be done. So that day Feb 2nd 2021, I had to put my baby to sleep. So even though they was unable to save my baby, they are still amazing people!! They treat you and your baby like you are family, while giving you A+, top rated veterinarian care.
