I needed a vet for out ferret, Larry Bean and they didn’t disappoint. We boarded him for our vacation and he was well taken care of. Very reasonable in price on all services we have received from them. I highly recommend!! Thank you for taking such great care of our Bean❤ufe0f

If I could rate 0stars I would. We took our, at the time 10 week old, Great Dane here for an emergency after he broke his leg. We had been going in for weekly check ups, today we had to take him to a doctor last minute because he tore his cast off last night, this doctor found under the cast the worst sores and infection they’ve said they’ve ever seen. We then had to take him to the ER to an orthopedic surgeon. This vet (market north) just kept wrapping on top of the sores. They had been treating him with antibiotics but we had NO idea how severe the infection was. They also told me they “didn’t know if the break was healed yet or not” when we got him x-rayed today at the ER and his cast was able to completely come off. Whereas market north had no idea of it was healed or not and was going to leave it in a cast for another week or longer. Market north was also telling us they were resetting the cast every time they changed the bandage color, the vets we have seen today told us there was absolutely no way they were doing that, and if they were they should’ve been addressing the wounds caused by the cast. We have been dealing with them for 5 weeks now and will never again set foot on the property. Terrible care.

I’m beyond grateful to their staff. My bearded dragon was able to be seen the day I called as opposed to all other exotic vets in NorthEast Ohio who had me on a three day wait minimum. I know my beloved dragons condition would have severely worsened if they had not been able to see me the same day.nnI am beyond grateful for the vets thorough analysis of his condition and the methods of treatment and the time he took to talk with me and fully address my questions. The clinic did an amazing job of communicating with me and went above expectations in reaching out to me with updates. All of his medications were very thoroughly labeled and easy to follow. I am very happy with the route of care that I took with them and I believe they lead me in the route of best care for him.nnThe nursing staff were all very thoughtful and sweet and comforted me when I was concerned about his state. Several of the nursing staff even spent well over 45 minutes after my appointment the next day answering my questions and calls and asking the ones they did not know to the vet and then getting back to me promptly.nnI am so beyond grateful to Market North vets and staff. They are animal lovers who are caring, thoughtful, and dedicated.

Dr. I and his staff are true gems. One of my cats had an open wound on her chin and we were unable to get her in to our regular veterinarian. I called and Market North was able to get her in for an appointment the same day, and we had never been there before. Nick, Michelle, and Dr. I were very friendly and very compassionate and took great care of my cat. We will be bringing all of our animals to Market North from now on.

Needs to communicate better to patient parents about the process of bringing your animal here. We called ahead of time because our cat was dieing in front of our eyes and rushed there. Was not told we'd have to wait in our car at any point through the process of her getting checked out. Male employee was rude and unempathetic our situation and instead of communicating with us face to face outside they told us over the phone that she was dead. I'm not sure about ethical laws when it comes to the care of animals but I can only imagine this behaviour didnt follow whatever is in place for this reason.nAlso. I went to get our cat when the vet dr told us shes gone and was stopped at the door by the same guy and was told the doctor was looking at her still when I told him she was dead and i was just coming in to get her. Then waited in the car another 20 minutes for them to bring her back to us.
