Thank you for upsetting my family even more after the loss of their grandmother. I realize with COVID rules are more strict. We understand that. We complied to your rules and were very respectful. However, we also deserve your respect. As a funeral home you are there to comfort and help families with the loss of a loved one. How dare you disrespect us because your nephew,Rob,did not communicate with you. It is not our job to make sure your staff communicates the service plans. Your job is make sure the funeral services go smoothly and efficiently. I cannot believe the disrespectfulness and rudeness of the funeral director, Lee. Shame on you.
Wonderful people who tread the deceased and their families well. I am proud they were the ones to have my father's service.
