The staff is amazing and they really care about your pets. We adopted a cat 6 months ago and she recently has had some medical stuff going on, and even with covid-19 and reduced hours, they were able to get her in quickly. They let you know exactly what's going on and are great with the animals.
They are wonderful and always take such good care of Emmie and Bitsey.Dr Schottman and her staff are always so nice and helpful.
They have been our family vet since we got our puppy a few months ago. They really treat my buddy as their own, he was never scared after coming back from there, they love him, always follow up after he has shots. We had a terrible thing happening to our puppy during the weekend when he broke his elbow and when we called them on Monday, confused, scared and lost about what to do they provided us with so much comfort, answered all our questions, talked to us about all options and advised us on what to do. This place is incredible! We love them!!! Thank you to their team and their receptionist Megan, so attentive and so nice.
Caring staff. Prompt with follow up and check ins
Very good staff....always very gentle and careful with my old German Shepherd and my cats. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and continue to commute to this clinic even though I moved to Maple Valley because the clinic takes such good care of my fur babies. The vet always patiently answers questions, listens, and explains no matter how busy they are.
