My cat stresses around other people, so I was super nervous, especially since I couldn't go in with her and had to just drop her off. Everyone at Renton West made me feel so much more comfortable, taking the time to listen, ask questions, & interact. I knew that they would take care of TK like she was their own cat, rather than just another patient coming through the door. I definitely plan on using them as my vet from here on out!
Really like Dr. Merrill. They are super friendly and very open and honest about options to get our furry friend the best care. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had across the many clinics and doctors I have interacted with over the years.
Love Dr. Merrill! She has always gone above & beyond for my cats. She did everything possible to help my elderly cat through his final stages & was so compassionate when I fell apart in her office...many times! The rest of the staff at Renton Vet are amazing too! Thank you! ❤❤
Super friendly staff, straight forward, and respectful of my time. Great technology as well from their web app to email and text. Excellent service for my pup and even found an issue w/my pups ear my regular vet did not find. That tells me they looked over everything and not just what I brought him in for. That’s reassuring and instills confidence in the level of care received. Reasonable on cost as well for the quality service they provided. I’ll be letting them take care of my pup for all of his needs moving forward.
I love this place! They are amazing and super caring! Compassionate for furbaby and parent! High praise from me!! Drive a bit further but so worth it. They deserve credit for taking care of our babies!!!
