Very friendly customer service.
The groomers did an awesome job on our dogs nail trim. The only minus is twice now I've been in the store and I can't get a single salesperson to help me. I even had to wait for a cashier to come out and ring up my purchase.
Since there is/was a shortage of worms for my Leopard Gecko, after going to 5 different pet stores for worms, this Petco, All staff are great. Got my worms & they hooked me up with 3 different worm farms to order from. I ALWAYS get great service & knowledgeable staff are always willing to find an answer's to my questions. Plus they take really great care of the pets in the store. Keep up the fantastic work Petco West Seattle.
I have been a long time customer with PetSmart. Broke my heart to see how they treated my baby. They had the leash so tight around his neck his eye where bloodshot red, and he could not breath. I had to undo the leash and grab him myself. Never ever again . Now he is scared to go to a groomer or the vet. This has ended up a nightmare.
The front desk employees are not always the best (would be a 5 star otherwise) but the vets are amazing. Everyone knows Benny and I feel comfortable with the care he receives. They’re very thorough and never get upset if I have lots of questions. Benny is my baby and I wouldn’t let a just anyone take care of him. I also like the Banfield insurance program, which is helpful especially since my guy is a senior and needs extra special care. The plan makes it easier.
