First time there. The person I spoke with over the phone and at the clinic was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me a breakdown of what was necessary and what is suggested. They also have different package deals for puppies, seniors, etc. at different price points. They didn't press to get more done on this visit than was needed. So far so good!
Amazing service, very professional staff, they love all the pets you that come in through the lobby. The doctor was very detailed about what my dog needed and spent at least 10 to 12 minutes with me on the phone, that's pretty amazing since they're very busy. Bravo the entire team and the doctors for their first class customer service for humans and for pets. I highly recommend this particular branch of value pet clinic.
Value Pet was able to get us in for an appointment quickly and was very realistic with us given our pup is 16 years old. Dr Riley called me back within an hour and discussed immediate treatment and future treatments. Our old gal is feeling much better today! The communication was great, processes during COVID were smooth, and the price was fair and reasonable!
After suffering the very recent unexpected death of one of our fur babies, the staff was very kind and understanding. They got my other dog in and had results quickly as well as explaining everything to me. Their compassion and professionalism is and was greatly appreciated
Given our current Covid conditions Value Per Clinic made our experience great! Great attention to my dog's needs as well as mine. Doctor took time to go all details of my dogs visit and reasonably priced.
