They were very compassionate and gentle with my 17 year old dachshund when it came time to put him to rest. All it took on my part was a phone call. After a very sad drive, my little guy was resting peacefully. I greatly appreciate the way they handled everything.
When I found Kitty in distress they didn't hesitate to tell me to get her in now even though they were booked. Unfortunately she had saddle thrombus and there was no saving here. The staff there was very compassionate and kind. They will definitely be the ones I go to for any future fur babies our house gets.
It was one of the hardest day in my life.. Everyone there was so nice and supportive. Thanks
Staff is very friendly and very informative. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them for his surgery. After the surgery I had a big surprise when my bill was half the amount I was expecting!
So far not a bad experience. Fairly priced in my experience within the valley. Appointment times for cats are rather long, but again, similar to other locations. Will edit if anything changes but highly recommend.
