Had my first visit today and I am very happy with my experience! Even with the COVID restrictions, the staff were very attentive and kept good communication through phone calls about what was happening with my cats and how the appointment was going. I got to talk with multiple technicians as well as the veterinarian. They were very descriptive about what they were doing and did not mind answering all my questions.
The Northwest Animal Hospital is a kind and caring place for pets and their owners. My cat Tiffany feels comfortable there in the cat friendly exam room. The staff are lovely and genuinely care about the animals. I would recommend this animal vet practice to anyone !!!!!!! Angie Chesser
I love the staff here. Informative and compassionate, and so very nice. And my dog is always excited to go to the vet . Not so typical! Both vets are excellent that work there . I usually ask for the newer vet. I just really like that she listens so carefully, and is also understanding of how to keep expenses down. It’s still expensive but so is every vet these days . I noticed that the vet that has been there longer was quick to run a test without first telling me the cost. Every $20 adds up quickly . overall, I drive the extra distance to take my toy poodle there.
I was a client for two years and happy with them. The last few appointments have taken a while, but I understand things are tough with COVID. This last appointment was awful - office manager Trina is rude, communication of new policies and fees was non-existent and wait times are ridiculous. I would not recommend them.
Expensive but they really do love animals! They have always been so kind and calm my cat down.
