I spoke with Arturo the day before my mother's memorial, we just hadn't planned this part of her service. He was professional and kind. He prepared several beautiful, elegant arrangements and had them delivered in time for her service. A week later I still have her flowers and they look lovely. Great experience with Flowers! I was ordering flowers from out of town. I called the shop and they explained the best way to handle it. I ordered the flowers online, using her suggested instructions, and the delivery was perfect! They also sent me a pre-delivery picture of the arrangement and a follow-up email post delivery! And most importantly--the flowers were beautiful! Will be using them again!
I literally just called less than an hour ago with a floral arrangement in mind. I was able to text them a photo to hopefully have them replicate. I just got a text of the completed arrangement and it's beautiful and near identical to what I imagined. Oh did I mention it's a Sunday when most florists are closed! Can't wait to have my niece receive this floral arrangement to celebrate her new baby boy!
