I recently placed an order for a friend’s birthday. There was an error in delivery where the arrangement + chocolates were delivered a week early. The Renton Flower Shop delivered a SECOND arrangement on the correct date, free of charge! I was pleasantly surprised by their integrity and will continue to seek them out for future orders. The florist who took my order was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure everything was done in a timely matter. I was able to send flowers morning of to a funeral.
