Waaay too expensive. Said one price (100)when you called for a visit ended up paying 380 now I understand i had a blood work draw and given an over the counter fish oil for the cats dry skin issue (16.00) but that was a whole lot of money to tell me my cat is overweight. He did take his temp, feel his belly, clip his nails and check his teeth but never listen to his heart. Nice guy but vets are really pricey.

Really good place. They are very patient, efficient and professional. It just took one day to get my health certificate for traveling. Definitely will refer my friends here.

I have been taking my chow chow (Sunny) to Dr. Perez since I adopted him in 2013. The doctor and his staff go out of their way to make us feel very well taken care of. Any and all questions I may have get thoroughly and promptly answered. And they are 2 blocks away form my apt. It couldn't get any better! Thanks Dr. Perez and staff!!!

The staff is organized and the doctor is sweet and professional. All of my dog's vaccinations were given there, and they are great at reminding me about the follow-up vaccinations. The doctor did a really excellent job neutering him. I have the impression that they are very focused on my dog's well-being, and they do not fish for money with unnecessary appointments/examinations (they even told me I worried too much and that I was bringing him too often). The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because the doctor is not available every day, and I can't depend on them over the weekend.

Knowledgeable and good doctor with reasonable prices.
