Loyal Companion Animal Care

I was really satisficed with this animal clinic before. I received an email about my cat's due vaccinations, so I made an appointment. I was there today, and I didn't have any information about the new system (costumers can't enter, I need to be on my phone all the time on hold until someone is coming for my pet etc. - I searched and read about it later when we came home.). The receptionist didn't even try to explain the new system even though I was confused.nI was waiting outside for a wile, I was on the phone on hold and I gave up after we long passed my appointment, without an excuse or a polite explanation. I would have expected to send me information about the restrictions before, but if not, at least not being rude not knowing the rules. Also, they should have warned me about the delay so I could have decided at the beginning if I had time to wait or not. Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Loyal Companion for about 2 years now and we couldn’t be more pleased! Dr. Madden has been so understanding and kind with our rescue dog! Our other girl was seeing a vet for 10 years before Dr. Madden and we’ve truly been given comprehensive care since switching. Dr. Madden diagnosed issues that we were told were “benign” for years. We are so thankful for the care we’ve received from Loyal Companion, and we’re happy to keep our girls healthy for many years to come!

Everyone at Loyal Companion is wonderful!!! The company’s name was well chosen!! The veterinarians and their team are so professional and so nice to the pets AND their owners! I have had a lot of pets from one side of this country to the other with nice veterinarians but the Loyal Companion is truly the best!!

They wore masks and were friendly. Good advice and thorough with treatment options but not pushy. Thank you.
