Very humble and helpful staff that created such a cheerful and beautiful arrangement for my mother, that she absolutely fell in love with and brightened her day, even with the cloudy weather.nnHOWEVER: PLEASE do not use 1-800 Flowers to order flowers in the area and use the shops directly (I’m out of state and made the mistake of not finding the shop on my own). The 1-800 company treated the florists like they didn’t matter and didn’t even convey messages/information to them properly.nnI contacted the huge company after using 1-800 for the first time and had questions about the difference in baskets seen and baskets delivered. They tried to say they would resend the flowers but I told them that wasn’t necessary.nnThe next day the florist received a call from them that the flowers were unacceptable and that the order was cancelled. After I told 1-800 there was no need to change the order and that the flowers were lovely THEY STILL CANCELLED THE ORDER AND TOLD THE FLORIST THEY WERE “UNACCEPTABLE”??nnFor them to wrongly tell the poor florist who put his heart into creating that beloved arrangement that it was unacceptable is just wrong. I contacted the florist directly to explain the situation and let them know they did a wonderful job. I’ll pay them directly if I need to.nnLong story short: This family-owned business creates such beautiful and uplifting arrangements that don’t get shown the recognition/credit they deserve.

I have received several arrangements made by countryside from my husband and they have all been absolutely beautiful!!! And have also lasted several days!! I have also received a single rose and it opened beautifully!!

I am located in another state and wanted to send flowers to my sister in law in New Hampshire. I was able to Google florists in her area and had the good fortune to find Countryside Florist. Their Google rating was very good and it proved to be absolutely true! I contacted them and spoke with a gentleman there. I am always a little nervous ordering flowers from a florist I am not familiar with, but he did a wonderful job of helping me figure out what I wanted to send and spend. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my sister in law was thrilled!! Thank you Countryside Florist for such an excellent job!

I wanted to send a nice plant to someone as a thank you to show my appreciation to someone who helped me on a project. I found the gentleman on the phone to be helpful and very pleasant. This person received exactly what I ordered, and the peace lily I ordered was beautiful. The receiver of the plant sent me a picture, and I was very pleased at what I saw. It really was a beautiful plant. It is difficult to order flowers or plants from out of state florists. You never know what you are really going to get for your money, not knowing anything about the florist you are trying to do business with.nI was very pleased and would d definitely recommend this florist to anyone looking to do business with Countryside Florist.nFrom a person in Ma,. doing business with a business in N.H. and very satisfied with my purchase.
