Schatzi is amazing. She and her staff go above and beyond the normal work ethic to ensure that positive experience. It is a pleasure giving flowers from Duvall Flowers and Gifts and it is a pleasure receiving them too. Always beautiful, fresh and long lasting. Hands down the place to go for that special arrangement. AND the shop is amazing too. Lots of great gift ideas, artisans in house and the place smells like heaven.
My sister was turning 60 and I left sending flowers to the last minute. I called Flowers by Shatzi to see if they could get some flowers out to Carnation in time, and they did it! They were very kind and extremely helpful while going above and beyond to get the flowers delivered before my sister got home from work. My sister was so thrilled - Thank you for making her day!
I've received floral arrangements from Duvall flowers twice now. The first was the cutest potted plants and flowers that were delivered in April and are still blooming and growing great. The second was a floral arrangement today that is huge and gorgeous. I even got a phone call both times letting me know they were delivered, and both times the arrangements we're placed in a safe place out of direct sun and or rain. Thanks for being a great small town business!
The manager is super knowledgeable and friendly! They have great gifts, great flower arrangements, local art that makes a very special gift for someone. Definitely recommend!
