I can not express my gratitude to the staff and doctors at Mill Pond. We have two dogs, who had two separate emergency visits needed in the same week. They got us in immediately and quickly helped resolve their issues with care and compassion. I feel so lucky to have such a great place nearby!
Performed a procedure/injection without permission or consultation.nnI was very disappointed in my last visit here with my cat. She was having what we believed to be allergy issues, and brought her in to be looked at. Instead of being consulted and talked to a vet about what was going on they just gave her a steroid.nnWe’ve since been to a different vet, which is much further away. However in our two visits we’ve been consulted at length with what was going on and what they thought the best process going forward would be.nnI will not be coming back. ( which is a bummer because it is so close ) I can’t explain how disappointing it was to have them do a procedure on my animal without consulting us. And even then they just brought her back out and didn’t say anything until they gave the bill.nnNow I have to wait to actually get allergy tested because of the steroid that was administered without permission
We have been taking our Doberman here for the past 10 years. Staff and doctor are very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains what treatment they are providing.
Wonderful people at Mill Pond. Dr. Diehr is so thorough and takes his time explaining everything. . Love this place.
