I took my collie, Duncan here to see Dr. Michelle Koan, and she was GREAT with him! She is in it for the animal, not for the money, and she is just so honest in genuine, when it comes to curing and taking care of animals. Her staff is just as brialliant as she is too, secretaries and all! This place definitely won my heart over, and I can honestly say they deserve the highest of ratings. If you are looking for a GOOD vet clinic, this IS the place!
I love the Vets and staff at Riverside, they have always treated my animals with the utmost care and compassion. They provide the best treatment without overcharging, and have been very kind to us.
The staff is very nice and compassionate. My elderly dog was actively passing away and I was new to their office and they got me taken care of right away. I would recommend them to everyone.
Have been going here for years and they have taken exceptional care of every one of our fur babies!
The older skinny lady with long hair was incredibly rude to us . We were there to have a pet put to sleep. She was very irritating that morning, so i think i will take my pets anywhere but there. My friend had a major problem with her dog acting like they were not very nice to him either!!!! This is what the job is about......being compassionate to animals! Shame on them.
