Well the staff is very knowledgeable and definitely patient with the pet owners. Explained in clear detail what to expect and how to manage my pets recovery. They are great there, highly recommend to anyone who has pets in need to go there.
The staff is polite and I feel like they take great care of my pooch. And they are very accommodating also, and spend time re explaining if needed.
They got my puppy right in to check for her breathing problem and they were very caring and gentle with her even though we can't go inside the building
These people are angels! They saved the life of my dog when no one else would. I have no words for the gratitude I have for what they do there. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
