We brought our standard poodle in for her routine grooming only to learn that her appointment wasn’t listed in the book. Like true professions, Cindy and staff saw her just the same......never questioning whose booking error it was. Just another example of the kind, professional care offered at Down Maine. The service at down Maine Veterinary is awesome. The best place to go fo grooming and the folks there will answer any questions about anything. Would not bring my animals anywhere else. Reasonable pricing as well. Been going here for years n have followed pursuit of my family with there pets.

Down Maine vets and staff are professional and have a great relationship with their patients. My Newfoundland dogs always enjoy the staff and the care they receive. I feel comfort in the knowledge that the doctors have. They always take the time to explain to me procedures or any health concerns about my pets that may occur. Thanks Down Maine !

Just moved to the area with my 15yr old dog. The staff has been so warm and kind and the vet that saw my pup was very thorough, straightforward and seemed to really care about helping me find the best options to help my dog live comfortably at an old age. Pricey but 100% worth it for the excellent care.
