Amazing service! We sent flowers to our mom and they were perfect. Delivery was fast and above and beyond customer service for our order. Highly recommend Chloe’s Collection and will definitely use them for my future floral needs. When you live so far away from family it is so nice to have this type of customer service for those you hold most dear.
I am absolutely overwhelmed by the care and detail that Chloe’s Collections put into a very customized delivery. I can’t recommend her shop enough. The results were beyond what I could have imagined. I cannot recommend Chloe's Collections Florist enough!!! Joy is an absolute pleasure to do business with, she took my order over the phone, she explained everything to me, managed my expectations, confirmed everything we spoke about and then went above and beyond! Even though she was very busy,, she was able to deliver my order right away AND send me pictures of the flower arrangement and final presentation! What a talented lady! We were promised a delivery for a birthday arrangement by a 1-800 company yesterday and I received a call after 5:15PM from a lady in California saying they couldn't keep the commitment and said they could deliver them the next day. I told them to cancel the order and they should have told me earlier so I could've made other arrangements! I ended up contacting Chloe's Collections by email that night and Joy called me back first thing in the morning and she had a beautiful arrangement delivered within an hour!! It pays to shop local! Thank you Joy!
