I’ve gotta say, businesses on the west side of Washington have just disappointed me. I arranged for a delivery to be made to my mom through this florist, and called for an update as I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation and the woman who answered made snarky comments and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her. I made arrangements for the same for a friend of mine through a florist in Richland, Washington and they had amazing customer service. This place needs to take a lesson from them, don’t make your paying customers feel like an inconvenience to you. I won’t be ordering from this business again.
