I experienced a visit with them with a stray. While they can't offer their services for free they were awesome in helping me keep a stray cat alive with a c section and saving not only her but most of her babies as well. They have called regularly to check on her and she is healing beautifully! She is also spayed now so she will no longer have to go through this alone and risk her life again.

As far as vets in this area, they are not a low-cost facility. However, they do break down and make you understand exactly what you're paying for. The availability, doctors and staff make it worth the price points to me. They also have a great system in place due to COVID-19, and communicate really well through the phone. I've been having issues with my 13 year old cat, and they are so caring and gentle with her.

Something has changed since my last review. Much friendlier service and more of a sense of urgency. Called today and didn't have to wait two weeks to get in. Got him in the same afternoon! Now that's what I need when it comes to my pet.
