Can never get appointment in a day or 2 for a sick animal with a uti but they will always have an appointment the same day for shots. I have been going to this vet for 20 years but for the past 2 years they have been getting bad with same day or next day appointments with a sick animal. One time I asked to make appointment for euthenizing my sick pet who the vet was taking care of during my petnillness and when the time came to put my pet down they said to go to 24 hour animal care because they don't have any appointments til following week. Can you believe this??
They have always been very helpful in caring for my two babies. I dislike the fact that they moved away from us, but we will continue to follow them any where they go.
I always have a lovely experience with this place. The staff are friendly and the vet himself is really upbeat and greets all of my pets with a smile. No concern of mine is too silly or overlooked. My pets are always well taken care of here and he even sees exotic pets which is a bonus. The prices are very affordable and even if you can't pay from pocket they accept Care Credit which can be a total life saver when things get tough. Been here several times with both my dogs and now my rats and love them here!
