Dr. Onorati and staff are the BEST! They truly care about the animals they treat and they don't gouge you. You can afford to have your fur babies treated without the worry of going bankrupt. They have helped us through a difficult decision regarding end of life. Dr Onorati took the time to call me so I could talk about my concerns. He gave me his best insight, didn't tell me what to do but made me feel confident in the decision we made. I can't say enough positive things about them, just so happy we found Dr. Onorati and Des Moines Vet.

I was panicking because I had a sick chicken that I needed seen sooner than later and no one could get me in for weeks/months. They were able to squeeze me in between appts and were very friendly!

Dr. Onorati has been my vet for almost 10 years now. Even when I've moved a significant distance from his practice, I still travel to it with my animals because I trust him so much. He has an incredible love for animals that shows, he is informative with me, and compassionate in the times where I have lost a pet.

I just love this office! They are so committed to their clients and there pets. Unlike other vets they always find a way for my furry kids to be seen when needed.

I can’t say enough about the entire team at DMV. They are healers, and when the end of life comes its handled with such warm empathy.
