I’m appalled that after calling yesterday to find out how much I was going to need payment wise to put my pet down today that upon arrival I was charged $40 more. They said it was a room charge for the owner to be present at the time of euthanasia. Trying to justify that it costs more for me to see the process. I’m a long time pet owner and lover and also worked for a vet a couple decades ago. How the heck are you going to charge extra for me to be present at my pets last moment to give comfort in their last moments? Makes you wonder what they really do behind closed doors. You should be ashamed of your practices!
Dr Weech met us within 20 minutes of our call on a Saturday afternoon.He explained the diagnosis throughly. Having a local emergency veterinarian is extremely important to us.I will be switching all my pets to them.
They did surgery on my dog and he recovered fast. The receptionist was great, the doctor did her job. They excepted him without a history. They were helpful when it came to pay. Im still going back to them.
Great people! Adoption of our cat was handled easily with lots of suggestions.
