Le Par has to do better, their service and customer service is foul. They are understaffed and over-worked. I expect and hold all animal facilities to have a certain level of care for our fur babies but I was quickly shown this hospital has no decency or regards for the health our animals. I can go down a list from this hospital being unorganized and over priced. Save your money and time. I would rather drive 30 miles out for a great Vet than a mediocre facility because they're local.

I went to Le Par Animal Hospital for a 2nd opinion regarding my dog Remington’s limping issue. Dr. Whalen answered all my questions, helped alleviate my fears, was very informative and gave me good recommendations. Would highly recommend him.nOn a side note, his staff seems happy in their work and provided quality customer service in a cheerful manner.

I brought my 17-year-old dog to Le par to be euthanized. They were wonderful, supportive, explained everything, and gave us all the time we needed. I ended up with a clay paw print that we all love. It was a great momento. They also sent us a card signed by the whole office. They were terrific and a bad situation.

I had an appointment for my pet to get a lab redraw due to error of the office. I arrive on time for my appointment but by the time I parked and notify the office of my arrival it was 5 min past time. I was told I was too late for the appointment. Really! I informed the office that this was very poor customer service and I was there because of there error. Customer service is everything. They later told me to wait and they would fit me in after much discussion which was unnecessary. Customer service first.

Dr Hurley and the staff are so caring and wonderful! I highly recommend this compassionate professional vet!
