I went to a private clinic and they recommended this clinic because it was affordable. My dog needed surgery asap and this clinic help save her life from an awful infection. They were so kind to me and my dog and that's all that matters. The wait is long so be there early. It's definitely worth going to. I will always appreciate this clinic. Thank you!!! ❤
For the most part it’s pretty good but smells bad. “I guess so “!nCats.nDogs .nWhat do we expect?nThe receptionist at the surgery desk is very customer friendly and pleasant.nShe makes up for some of the others that need a lesson on how to greet people.nThey start making appointments from the sign in sheet early. By the time they get to me I’m happy as can be to get in and out. However long it takes.nAnywaynThank God they come to work to help our furry family.
What an excellent little gem a little bit out of the city. Worth the drive. get here early to reserve a spot as they don't do reservations ahead of time. If you get here about 15 minutes before they open though you can be in and out in an hour or so. If you get here later in the day it'll take you all day.nnThe ladies working here are amazing. Professional, they know their stuff, they know how to make you and your animal feel great while in a new and potentially scary placennLove the spot, love the service they offer, I love the staff. A great place to find your new family member. The clinic is very hard to reach, and that's the only problem I had. The adoption staff are awesome, they made the adoption of my new kitten a sweet and memorable experience.
We adopted our family pets when I was younger from here and they were amazing, so happy we were able to give them a good home. Tried applying for a beagle they had available to have a companion for my rescue and got denied because I reside in Northwest Indiana now and they don't let non IL residents adopt? Not sure if there's legal reasons with this but find it so sad to be turned away because I live 15 minutes from the boarder. Really hoping someone adopts the little guy!nnWould come here for the animals, NOT the people running this place!
