I ordered flowers for my grandparents 65th anniversary - it was a very specific order - gardenias floating in a glass bowl. I was told they would check and see if they could get the gardenias in time because they had to be special ordered. They called back and told me no problem, they would have them delivered Friday morning. They took my payment and delivery information. Saturday morning I get a call from my grandparents that they didn't receive anything. I call the shop only to have them tell me they couldn't get the gardenias but they left me a message yesterday ( the day they should have been delivered). I never received a message or got a call. I asked why they confirmed that they could do the delivery if they couldn't get the flowers. They told me the girl on the phone must have lied to me. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Only use this florist if you're willing to risk not getting your order.

Oak Lawn Florist is a great family business that has been around for decades! They are very knowledgeable and accomadating and ready to meet all your floral needs! My father used to order my mother bouquets of roses on her birthdays and their wedding anniversaries delivered to the house. Their flowers are always of the highest quality. My mother places orders their regularly to this day! All in all a great flower shop!

I placed an order with Pat with delvered completely incorrect. Call back she said she will have the owner call me Betty and the date on her never called I called again the next day Julia the owner I should get back to me she never got back to me called on the third day the owner said she will fix it and try to say it was wrong then when she read the order the flowers were completely incorrect she said she will send a new flower. The flowers were never sent

I had surgery on January 9, and my girlfriend stopped at your florist on the way home from work and brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. We replace the water, cut the stems, and remove the dead ones. It is now 22 days later and they are still blooming!! I think the Oak Lawn Florist is going to be my new favorite place!!
