I called to order a plant for our grandson's birthday. Spoke with Kira and explained exactly what I needed. The plant was delivered on his birthday and was exactly what he had asked to receive. Kira was outstanding! She was professional and is an asset to Lange's. When you contact a business, you hope for great service as well as a great product. Lange's delivered both and exceeded my expectations!
Very pleased with customer service and attention to detail. I placed an order for a dozen roses the day of my anniversary and had them delivered the same day. The staff was very helpful.
