Five stars to this florist! They deserve 10 stars! They arranged two beautiful vases for my Aunt in the loss of a dearly loved Uncle. The second one, they did not find her home and actually offered to deliver it to the funeral home in time for the family's visitation, and how kind is that?!. Best florist & delivery service ever!
Received a bouquet from Petals and Plants of Tuscola today. The delivery person never knocked or rang the doorbell, and I work at home. I walked by the front door to let my dogs out, heard something rattling around. The vase was rolling and rolling around on the sidewalk, down from my front porch. Great, eh? They need to hire delivery people who know how to knock or press a doorbell. I have three dogs ... if someone had bothered to come up to my front door, I would have known it. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I rearranged the flowers myself.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very dissatisfied with what was sent to my mother for mother's day went through a third party website that supports local businesses. The flowers that were sent looked nothing like what my mother actually got and when I called to complain so said they ran out of flowers.... I ordered may 1st you knew what flowers would be needed and it's mother's day weekend. The woman that answered the phone did nothing but bash the website and did nothing to make it better. I needed up calling the third party and hopefully it will get fixed
While I have never visited in person, I have used Petals & Plants twice to deliver flowers to my sister on her first day back at school (she's a teacher). I realized last night that today was her first day back and I had not ordered flowers yet. In a slight panic, I logged into their website and was relieved to see they could deliver them today. My sister has already received them and sent me a photo. They are gorgeous! She was very happy and that makes me happy! Thank you for delivering such great arrangements!
While I ordered the flowers on the website, I called the florist to establish a timeframe for delivery as I couldn't find a function on the website. The florist was very helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered as agreed and my wife loved the Anniversary surprise.
