Easy to work with. Fabulous job on my father's memorial wreath and my daughter's wedding flowers. We gave them a vision and they created.

I, too, am very disappointed in the vase bouquet we ordered online & had delivered to our daughter. Substitutions were made (e.g. 1 mum for 3 lilies) that altered the total look and shape. It was not nearly as beautiful nor the quality shown on the website. I will call tomorrow and hopefully talk to someone responsive.nnI did call the next day, got voicemail (well, there was a snowstorm going on), left a polite, respectful message... no response after 6 days. Sigh.
I love this place , have been going there for over 30 years. Friendly people and high quality flowers.
