After having absolutely horrible experiences’ with other vets in the Pike County area. It was such a blessing to find Dr. Barron and his staff, they are the most respectful and understanding vet I’ve ever used. They go above and beyond for the animals and their owners, we will always use Dr. Barron for all of animals and very highly recommended them to anyone looking for veterinary care in our area!
I am a travel nurse temporarily in the area. I needed to get my baby girls annual vaccines and spayed. They treated her very very well. I am impressed. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend. Thank you.
Great place, and the staff is awesome. Our dog loves going and always enjoys his bath. Price is very reasonable.nNote: They do not keep children over night.

My new puppy Suede loves the staff at Southern Animal Hospital. He enjoys the puppy play time all the pretty girls and Dr Steve and the excellent care he gets. Oh and Ms Martha and Karen aka Martha junior.
