Wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else. Such loving and compassionate caregivers. Veterinarians very proficient and they take the time to explain every detail. The techs are second to none, Always have a sense of urgency but a smile on their face! Thank you for the great care!

Staff and doctors have all been great for every time we’ve been here! They helped figure out my dog’s strange vomiting/swallowing attack last year, and for that, I will be forever grateful. Everyone is super nice, welcoming and explain things very effectively with an awesome summary letter at the end of the appointment. In COVID-19 times, they have been efficient with curbside drop off and a phone call directly with the doctor so it’s almost as if you’re right there in the room with them. Thanks for all your great work!!!

Had to bring back a fecal sample for my cat yesterday and await some results. Got a call this morning from the vet with results that were positive for a parasite. I have another cat too that I needed to drop a fecal sample off today too. Told the vet I would be coming to get the med he just prescribed in a few hours and drop off the other fecal sample. 4 hours later I show up and text the number like they say to, telling them the spot im in and why I'm here. 30 minutes goes by, and I'm still sitting there with like 1 or 2 texts back. At this point i realize I got other things i need to do, the vet apparently didn't sign off on the med he prescribed that he told me he would do immediately after the call we had 4 hours prior. I decided to walk to the door to ask what the heck was going on? I was met with grumpy hostility from the person who answered. When they finally got it to me, the person came out and handed me my cats prescription and I handed her the other fecal sample. I never received any sort of counseling on how I should give my cat this medication either. Good thing its self explanatory or else I would be going to a new vet in the future.nnWay to go guys ud83dudc4f

We have been going to this vet for a few years and absolutely love it. We moved out a little further but will still make the trip. All the doctors are great and professional. They always explain everything well and follow up after a few days to see how our dog is doing. The staff at the front desk is also great. If you're looking for a vet look no further!

I wish I'd read more reviews before I brought my dog here for the first time this past weekend. I went in for a routine checkup and for a fractured canine tooth. It took 2 hours to see him (long!) and cost $350 bill for bloodwork (overpriced but necessary) and biopsy of a small bump they were concerned about (unnecessary). They were also unable to determine the status of his tooth, saying that would require a $550-$800 dollar dental exam. I just got the feeling the owners (or whoever) here prioritize making $$$ over best serving you. I will say the vet himself was informative and friendly enough, and as for the cost I know it’s Seattle but still they’re pretty high. I should have just taken him to a doggy dental expert. I probably still will, but I can’t afford too many more vet feesud83dude15
