Really took the time to figure out what was going on with my dogs back pain. Good covid protocol. Doctor was very nice and all of the staff were great. Gave me options as far as pricing. I’ll be back for sure!
Absolutely recommend. My cat has been seen by two vets here (first one moved) and they were both incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful. Other staff are also warm and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean. Monster and I have only good things to say :)
Hate to leave this place, they've done a great job! I'm moving on, I moved out of the neighborhood but still kept going there for a while because they're so good. They're always going the extra mile to take care of my dog and update me on her situation. They are super friendly and great to Dagmar. Nice job Juanita Bay vet.
The staff and vet are amazing! They fit my cat in their busy schedule before ever seeing him. It was more of an urgent matter that was taken seriously. The vet took the time to look over his records prior to coming in to let me know if it was worth heading to the ER. During the visit she gave me her honest opinion and very thorough and answered all my questions I had. I'm so glad I found a vet I trust to take care of Duke!
