We came in with our mini Holland lop bunny yesterday when he was having serious digestion issues and the vet helped us right away at a low cost. She was able to figure out exactly what was going on and continued with amazing treatment options for him. We’ve been going to Center for Bird and Exotic Animals for well over 3 years now and have gotten nothing but great service and treatment. Thank you so much for helping our bunnies!
Given the circumstances, I really appreciate that our vet took the time to have such an in-depth conversation with me about our birds. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and didn’t try to sell me on anything. I could tell that she really just cared about our birds health. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because check out was a little confusing. After our appointment was over, we were waiting in the parking lot for nearly half an hour for them to bring our birds back to us so that we could leave. Other than that, my experience was terrific! Highly recommend!
The doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff are pleasant, but their policies and lack of financial courtesy is awful. They don't allow customers inside, so they'll ask a lizard, that requires heat, to wait in the cold car. They fed my vegetarian lizard pellets made with who knows what. Worst of all, they don't offer any discounts, payment plans, or anything other than care credit.
Exotic Pets is a fantastic place to take your pet. Very professional staff. They took very good care of my ornery old Parrot. She's very difficult to handle but they had no problem. I am very impressed with their veterinary care and will definitely use their services again!
This is our second visit, it was an emergency in midst of Covid, but they were able to make space and time between the visits and take care of our bird. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. Also to mention, we are in Seattle, but it's well worth the short drive up north. Thank you guys so much!
