Thank you for getting our elderly dog in on a Sunday even when we were not current patients. Although you were unable to save her, we appreciate that you were the only clinic in the area (including emergency clinics) that were able to see her in a reasonable amount of time. You were all very kind, caring and professional in her care. We appreciate it immensely. Thank you!
We started taking our cats to Juanita Hills Animal Hospital when we lived in the neighborhood and we still take them there even though we live in Everett, they are that good. The vets and staff are all very friendly and compassionate. They are not afraid to advocate for your cats when they feel that something needs to be done for them that we as owners have slacked on. I have only experienced informative polite visits and the process are reasonable. They also have policies that reduce the cost of subsequent visits for the same problem within a time period, which I think is a very honorable and honest practice. I will continue taking my pets here and recommend this office to my friends and family in the area.
These guys are amazing! I had just moved here and picked them based on their reviews (even though they were much further than this one) and I'm so glad I did! The staff is kind, responsive and goes out of their way for you and your pup. I am so thankful that I found this wonderful place!
Very nice staff. Only problem is we don't know we need to do some phone check up first. Turn out it is fine
