I took my duck Lemon to see Dr Miller. They took us a few minutes early and were done in 39 minutes with the exam and treatment. I am very impressed. I appreciated how Dr Miller told me what to expect and explained why he was doing imaging and treatment was conservative. Lemon was well taken care of and I am grateful for this clinic.

I'm really picky with my vets and I highly recommend this place. I want someone who will take the time to listen to all my concerns, answer questions and make me feel respected and comfortable. The vets are easy to talk to and very nice. They always call to check up the next day which is so nice. This is the 3rd vet I tried after moving here; I wasn't happy with the other places people recommended to me.

Truly the best experience! After switching from a previous vet for our two new kittens, we could not be more happy with this clinic. Dr. Robertson is always so thorough and explains everything she's done at each visit with a friendly and informative tone. The front desk team is always so responsive and helpful. They are excellent at sending email reminders about upcoming appointments. The care is superb - we will be coming here for a long time!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hardy and the Twin Pines team. It's very hard to find a vet that really understands goats and she does. I often seem to need her when she is off getting more training but she has checked in from the road and I appreciate that she keeps up to date in information etc. I can call in and Colleen and Alyssa know me by first name and I have no idea how with so many patients and people but it certainly makes me feel valued and I'd much rather pay them than a sterile chain.

They all took the best care with our new kitty! You park outside and they come out to get your pet. The Dr called and was very informative. I knew our family member was getting fantastic care and they will follow up with his next apt. They also do house calls! Thank you for keeping us all safe during this pandemic!
