How this place gets 4.6 Stars is beyond me. Each time I've called inquiring about costs which doesn't seem like it's an unreasonable request I'm given the run around and that I need to make a consultant appointment before any information like that can be provided.nOn another occasion I attempted make an appointment to get my dogs nails trimmed but they said they couldn't do that unless I also was taking him in for a checkup hence additional services.nNo thank you. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If this is how they treat new customers it doesn't really seem like they actually care about them just the $$$.

You can tell that the staff here really care about animals. They are very professional and nice. While I was waiting outside I saw them have to deal with an entitled lady who showed up and demanded to be seen right away and they keep their cool with ppl as well. Great service all around.

To be honest we are very disappointed with our experience at Kenmore Vet. During our first check up I was told by the vet that my dog needs training (he is 10 weeks...). I was treated rudely by the front desk staff. They acted inconvienced and annoyed when I requested documents needed for pet insurance, which I had to email 5 times throughout the following week before even getting a response. My interactions with these people left me feeling belittled and extreamly unwelcome. If you’re looking for a warm, friendly, patient, vet experience I suggest finding a different option

We took our new dog to Kenmore Veterinary Hospital for vaccinations. We can’t speak to the quality of care from the veterinarians that saw our dog at each visit as these were just vaccine visits and we handed our dog off to a tech and remained in our car due to COVID protective procedures. We can speak to our interaction with the front desk/customer service staff. That staff person was quite unprofessional. We arrived a few minutes early for our last appointment and called to let them know we were there. We received a voicemail but assumed the staff member that saw us drive up would be back for our dog. We called again (about 5 minutes later) to make sure they would knew we were there and left a message just saying we were in the parking and giving the stall number. And another staff came out and got a dog from the car next to us. As there were no other instructions posted, We just waited, figuring they would get to us after they finished with the other dog. About 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment time (about 5 minutes since our last call) l received a call from the customer service person telling me we were late for our appointment and if we were going to be late we should have called. I explained we were in the parking lot and had called a couple of times, leaving a message to let them know that we were there. She very rudely told me I was supposed to keep calling until someone picked up (there is absolutely nothing posted or on the voicemail stating this). She completely ignored my attempt to explain that I as a customer have no way of knowing they aren’t listening to their voicemails, watching for a new car pulling up to one of the 5 spots in front of their door, or that they want customers to call repeatedly until someone answers when nothing with those instructions are posted or conveyed at any point when setting up an appointment. Rather than a response of understanding about the confusion on my part as a customer, the response was a snap back “In the future you need to call back until someone picks up.” Given that we aren’t able to interact the staff there as we normally would to see how they are interacting with our dog, all we have to go by are these interactions with the customer service team. Given this interaction we don’t feel comfortable returning when this staff was this rude over something that should have been a nonissue.

The Dr. Was great the receptionist was not so great. Condescending and rude when asking her questions about the prescriptions
