I'm from out of town and ordered directly through their website. It was super easy to find my selection & place my order. I placed an order at 9:30 and they were delivered by 11:15. The arrangement was beautiful, exactly what I expected and was very reasonably priced. Would be happy to do business with them in the future.
I was really looking forward to surprising my mom for her birthday and I am absolutely embarrassed about what was delivered. The final product looks nothing like advertised and I'm completely horrified. I don't understand how this was even sent to a customer; this was $67.10 with shipping?!
The plant was bigger, prettier and better than I thought it would be. My brother was very happy with it and that’s all that matters! Thank you so much!
