From our first call to schedule an appointment to the actual visit, Firehouse has been such a positive experience. This has been our best vet visit so far and Dr Armstrong was very informative, answered all our questions, she was patient and really took the time to make us and our dog feel comfortable. We are so happy to have found this office and Dr Armstrong. All the assistants were great too and seemed very experienced and welcoming. Our dog has had bad experiences in the past with other vet offices and usually gets very anxious but here at Firehouse, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I am so appreciative of the doctors, technicians and desk staff at my Firehouse! They are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient with both puppy AND ME! Puppy has stayed healthy and happy and I have stayed relatively sane. Great vet experience so far.... Forgot to add that my kitten loves her doctor's office too :) !
It was friday about 4 pm when I realized my dogs eyes were looking really unusual. Called Firehouse and the very kind receptionist said we have a cancellation bring her at 4:30 pm. Wow no one else around would even consider looking at my dog. The curbside greet was professional and very informing. I highly recommend. They even gave me a welcome bag with goodies in it and boy was it much needed.
I love this Firehouse location. The entire staff is very friendly and I absolutely love Dr. Davies. She is a true animal lover and has everyone’s best interest. Being a full time college student with not much money and no pet insurance is really difficult. I want to give my 2 kitties all the things they need but can’t afford everything :( I’ve felt scammed by many other vets I’ve seen that always suggested more was wrong with my pets but I finally found someone I trust! Dr. Davies has made our lives so much easier and I’m very thankful to have found her.
First time to the vet today and WOW! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! Great pricing and amazing service. I’m so impressed and would recommend this vet to anyone with animals!
