Yesterday, Dr. Peck was amazing with our 7.5 year old basset hound. He was attacked by another dog and hurting pretty bad and we took him to an ER that tried to charge us an outrageous amount for treatment. After determining he would be safe to wait until morning, Forest Creek got us in right away the next morning and they did exactly what the ER would’ve done at almost 90% less than what we would have originally been charged the night before at an emergency clinic. We are so grateful for the quality of care he received, as well as how quickly they cared for him. We will continue to be supporters of Forest Creek and utilize their services.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2004 and all I can say Dr Peck and his staff have always treated us like family. They are kind, compassionate, and very sympathetic to the owners from the day you bring home a new puppy to when you have to say good bye to your loved one.nnEach of the doctors I’ve worked with over the years have always called to visit with me and let me know what’s going on with my animals first hand. They also reviewed any treatment plans and ask to see if I have questions or concerns, which for me is comforting.

All 4 of our dogs are very well taken care of. We came a couple of years ago with issues with our chihuahua he was getting sick a lot. They resolved the issue in one visit along with the allergist that they recommended. Our chihuahua is on a great diet that has made him happy and not sick at all. We were so thankful.

NOT RELIABLE! 3rd time I’ve called for an appointment for my dog & I have to wait over a week to have him seen! I feel like they don’t care whatsoever. Every time I call it’s ALWAYS a let down. They say it’s because of the ice storm, BUT GUESS WHAT THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. This place is good at making their problems your problems!nnI work for a doctors office myself & we are working EXTRA hours to recover from that so that way ALL of our patients are getting care & their issues addressed. DON’T ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR DEMAND! COMMON SENSE!nnEvery time I ask to talk to a manager they say she isn’t there & give me some generic email to send my inquiry to. Then she calls back DAYS later. Not efficient or effective.nThis place has made me cry so many times because of the lack of communication & lack of efficiency. I just want my dog to be cared for. Is that so hard to ask?nnI hate that I’m writing this too because of all the 5 star reviews. I’ve told them this before also that I never have an experience that are ever described in these comments & reviews. I’m upset that they are picking & choosing who they give a 5 star experience to. Are these even real people leaving these reviews?nn3 weeks ago I was able to finally get in for my dogs eye & we saw Dr. Peck. He treated the eye but then told me his teeth are so bad I need to get in ASAP to get them cleaned. So I scheduled the next available, then Dr. Peck says his teeth aren’t bad at all! They definitely tricked me into something for my dog just so they can get money!!!nn****I also see that the review left before me they were able to get the dog in last minute without hesitation JUST THE DAY BEFORE I called, but for my dog they can’t be bothered for 20 minutes to look at a spot on his skin...****

Lots of great docs and great techs too. Personal service, even in a big practice. Short notice appointments usually available for life's emergencies. Walk ins for nail clippings, etc. Always professional and knowledgeable from vaccines to surgeries. Been coming here for more than 10 years, never disappointed. Even open Saturdays.
