Very long wait time. They only help very few pets per day. I do like that they give you a voucher to still get this done for free, which may help some folks who really need it, but the appointments are months away. Didn't work out for me, BUT, could be helpful if you're willing to wait! Disclaimer ***MUST be patient.

Got there at 6AM (for what ungodly reason I’ll never know) only to be told that they were full once I got to the front of the line. Then they tried to offer a voucher for an appointment FIVE MONTHS AWAY. What a waste of time.
