Dr. Hansen is an amazing vet. All 3 of my labs like her and have their favorite staff members. Cooper loves Autumn and Jax loves Ms. Julia. The prices are affordable, you’re always seen in the same day if possible, and everyone is very knowledgeable and up to date on animal care. We never feel rushed and everything is always explained to us. I always bring my son as well and the whole staff is welcoming to him. Very family oriented and has stayed open during this pandemic to dedicate time to making sure all of our fur family members stay safe and healthy!

Would not take my Duchess anywhere else...nDr. Maynard and staff are kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The office has state-of-the-art equipment and was able to get tests results quickly. I find the prices reasonable for what you get...

Dr. Maynard is the most skilled, kind, generous, and thorough vet I have ever had. He is generous with his time and clearly cares about his clients and patients. After taking my cat to other clinics and finding no answers to her symptoms, he was able to diagnose her and come up with an affordable treatment plan. I am so thankful to this clinic for being accommodating during Covid. Their prices are fair, the staff helpful and kind, and Dr. Maynard is the best out there!

I just had my first appointment at Pfennig Lane and enjoyed it very much. Julia at the front desk was so sweet to my dog & I can easily see how much she loves pets. The waiting chairs were spread out and there was a large jar of hand sanitizer available. There are three exam rooms and sadly, I wasn't called back into an exam room until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I personally don't mind waiting since I know that many things can pop up and interfere with the clinic schedules. In the room, Julia verified my reason for the appointment. Then the nurse came in and reviewed a few topics for about 10 minutes. Then Dr. Hansen came in for about 20-30 minutes total, examining Piper, showing me abnormalities and explaining them thoroughly, and answering all questions I had about leptospirosis and heartworm. I felt in good hands. Dr. Hansen is extremely knowledgable and explained things simply. My experience was great! Will be returning.

I switched to Pfennig Lane Animal Hospital in May 2020 and I liked them. I think the staff is nice and my dogs feel comfortable there. I like that they encourage friendly office visits for dogs who are nervous and fearful. However, there are a few things that I think they need to improve. I think they need to improve on their communication and patient time. Communication- they forget to send reminders and they don’t call back when they say they would. The few times that my dogs have had appointments, 50% of the time, they forgot to remind me— luckily, I had the appointments on my calendar. Next, I called them for a possible emergency— my dog ate some grapes so I called them for advice on what they want me to do. They said they’ll call me back as soon as they talk to the doctors. It’s been 48 hours now since my dog ingested grapes, they still haven’t called me back. Luckily, my dog is somehow “immune” to the grape effects— he’s still alive and nothing I can see is wrong with him. I hope they can find a way to get organized. It’s a good vet, but I don’t think they have a main office manager who can help with the organization. Respect of patient time— I think this is due to not being organized because the times when my dogs had appointments, the doctors have been interrupted because of an emergency. One, I think it’s rude because it’s my dogs time and they charge me for the doctor to talk to us. Second, maybe they should not schedule the doctors to see patients on their surgery days so in case of emergency they don’t get pulled away from the regular patient visit.
