Did not make and deliver what I ordered, which was an arrangement advertised on her website. I emphasized I wanted the exact arrangement pictured but she used alternative flowers because she was out of originals. However, she didnt bother to let me know and give me the option to choose another arrangement...I paid 117.00. She didnt offer a resolution. Only stated she thought it was beautiful....
