Steve was mentioned in one of the store’s reviews online. I was calling from out of town to have flowers delivered to a friend in Cleburne. He was friendly, very helpful, courteous and expedited the call and the delivery. My friend loved the arrangement and wrote us a lovely ‘thank you’. Upon seeing the beautiful flowers at her home, I was so pleased. Thank you, Steve!!
The arrangements never are the same that you order. Very disappointing. They look nothing like they should. They are different vase and different flowers than what you expect every time. Called multiple times to resolve this and someone repeatedly answered and hung the phone up. Left a voicemail and my call was never returned. This was my second order with them ( trying to give the benefit of a doubt. ) both times the order wasn’t even close to what we wanted.
The friendliest of people. And so professional. I had my daughter's diplomas done here - their framing service is great, and fast!
Absolutely love Steve, he is amazing. The floral arrangements at my daughter’s wedding were breathtaking. The linens, chairs covers, the whole set up was far beyond what we expected. My daughter’s bouquet was, ........., I absolutely have no words to describe it. That's how beautiful and amazing it was. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were also beautiful. Steve went out of his way to accommodate us in every detail, up to the minute changes. Delivered to Dallas, was on time. All our guest comment on how beautiful everything was. I would tell them “it was all Steve”, I could not stop bragging about his amazing talent. Thank you Steve, and to your team for making this very special day happen for my beautiful daughter, we could not have done it without you.
