Love Dr. Boerner! She has treated both of my dogs and she is so kind and patient! She really listens to my concerns and explains everything clearly. I don't ever feel rushed or unimportant with her. I 100% recommend Dr. Boerner for anyones babies!! The girls at reception are also super inviting and sweet, they always care about the pets walking through the door and getting them to their rooms quickly! They also text you the day after your visit to check on your pet, which I love. Thank you for all y'all do!!!
This is the most difficult review I think I'll ever write. Every word I could use to express my gratitude seems little more than an empty platitude. I worry I will not get across how great this place is, or how much I recommend them. My 4 week old kitten was stepped on and in really bad shape. They were honest about her chances, upfront about costs, and incredibly compassionate. Thankfully, because of the amazing care at Turtle Creek, my little kitty is already back to bumbling through the house as happy and healthy as can be. You can't go wrong entrusting care of your beloved pets to this top notch vet and their wonderful staff. Thank you again, so very much!
I recently relocated to the area and reached out to this vet to get my new kitty in, in a hurry when he started showing signs of illness. They were able to get me in the very next day. Staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the service was excellent. The Vet explained everything that was happening clearly, and someone came in to talk to me about cost before I checked out, which I felt like was a nice addition, especially for situations where the cost might be higher than usual. My boy probably has a stomach virus that will pass, but the clinic has stayed in touch, reaching out to me about his progress. It has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to making Turtle Creek our long term Vet.
We love Turtle Creek Veterinary Med. Center with Dr. Rocky and his staff. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Rocky treats our 4 legged babies like we are the best and only clients they have. We appreciate their honesty!!! We highly recommend them to any and all. :)
Our 1 yr old cat got sick and needed to be seen today. Turtle Creek Veterinary Medical Clinic had never seen her before, but they still worked her into their schedule. ❤ufe0f The facility was quiet, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff was extremely peaceful and kind. The vet took time to communicate thoroughly, talk about options, help us choose the least expensive approach, and encourage us. The vet tech worked with us on payment options and helped us decide how to pay for this very untimely and unexpected illness. I was highly impressed and will take my other three animals there.
