My dad is having an exceptional birthday thanks to Grace at the Woodshed Works Gifts & Flowers in Jacksboro. She was as excited to take and fill the order as I was to give it to her, and she created a truly spectacular experience for him. I can't thank her enough for her friendly and thoughtful service! If I could leave negative stars I would! Called and talked to Grace about a wedding bouquet and she said absolutely she could do it. Told her I would be coming to town last weekend. Went in there and she was busy and couldn’t even be bothered to say hello. She said she would call me later that evening and set something up. I’m still waiting on a phone call! I’ve taken my business elsewhere!!! I’ve never been treated so poorly from a business. Don’t waste your money because evidently she couldn’t careless and doesn’t need it!!!!!
Grace and her shop are awesome! She made the most beautiful arrangement for me out of yellow roses. She talked to me on the phone and greeted me at her shop like she had known me for years. (First time customer) I highly recommend her for any floral needs!! :)
Arranging for a casket spray was my first encounter with a Jacksboro florist. I live hours away, so I had to communicate by phone and text what I had in mind. As a perfectionist, I was somewhat apprehensive. I did not see the arrangement until the funeral, but I could not have been more pleased. It was a beautiful bright spot in an otherwise difficult day. I highly recommend Woodshed.
