Dr Portie is amazing! Honest, personable, and patient. I have had the best experience with him over the past few years. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and just wants his animal “patients” and their owners to be comfortable and happy. He always finds time to talk and I have never ever feel rushed or dismissed. In a world full of change and with high volume vet/medical care being the norm now, I truly value him making us feel like we are the only ones in the office when we are there. He explains things in simple terms and always tries to be cost conscious. I wish they made more veterinarians like him!!!
Dr. Pruitt is amazing. He helped us this week with our dog while experiencing a medical emergency. He called and provided guidance over the phone, and also was able to get our pet in after hours to be seen. The entire staff at Sunset Canyon is incredible and they have a huge heart for their customers and animals. We love Sunset Canyon!
Best Vet I have ever been to. I drive over 30 minutes for their Veterinary service when I could easily drive 5. No unnecessary treatments and extremely fair prices I’ve never experienced before. Great Team there I promise you.nProve me wrong.
Great vet experience! They are a big operation and provide care to a wide array of animals. I was surprised to see horses and goats there. They take the time to make your visit personalized and one of a kind. They are still doing curbside service but the vet came out and spoke to us about our puppy. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly. Thanks!
Quick and efficient, as always. Personable staff as well. Easy to make an appointment and obtain a prompt time, working w/my schedule, too. They have worked out how to be still 5 star even w/pandemic requirements, and make it look/seem normal. My dog votes with her feet in a positive way which tells me LOTS.
